What is best way to delete or design Excel forms to eliminate all the data to the right of your forms?
I use Excel to make work reports and I noticed when you look at a report for example on a big screen monitor all the junk and unused info is there, should you delete those vertical columns or is it better to frame it or make it all white? Thanks
If I use additional columns to the right, that I don’t want to be seen or printed, I hide those columns. The functionality remains, but the columns are not visible and will not be printed.
Right click on the column letter that you want to hide and select ‘Hide’. To view again, select the column letter to the left of the hidden column and drag across to the column to the right of the hidden column. Keeping the cursor in the highlighted area, right click and ‘Unhide’.
