how do I bring about a revolution in maglev transit, with a brilliant & economical new design?
engineers and professors I have spoke to tell me that my design is brilliant. that said, I lack the network to bring about a revolution in transit. dose anyone know any groups or people that will help?
First, you see a patent lawyer and have an ernest talk about just how brilliant your idea really is. Then, if you are willing to put some money into your idea, the lawyer does a patent search. If your idea is patentable you file for patents. The next and most difficult step is to sell your idea to a company that is willing to invest the millions of dollars it will take to develop and market your idea.
