Which i s better for Graphic design? Xtreme Notebooks 917V Accelerator or Alienware Are-51 M9750?
I am gonna use software such as CS3, Maya8, AfterEfx, Cinema4D, Painter and Poser.
I need storage..
I need Speed..
I need Durability..
I have some 3rd party Applications and some games. Counter Strike etc.

Buy a macbook pro, it’s worth it for graphic design. You can also run windows on them now thanks to bootcamp, so you can still play your windows exclusive games and whatnot. If you haven’t bought the software yet, I suggest buying the macbook, and buying the software in mac versions.
I’m a graphic designer and all I use is mac, when I try to do my stuff on windows it doesn’t look the same. The main difference for graphic designers is that mac renders fonts and colors a lot clearer and crisper then windows.
Maya is free for macs by the way
